Pour cette histoire de couverture de RedEye sur l'art des canettes de bière, j'ai eu l'occasion de parler à tant de créatifs et de brasseries locaux intéressants et talentueux. Cela signifiait beaucoup de pouvoir amplifier leurs histoires. (De plus, j'ai beaucoup appris sur la bière artisanale!)

Dans cette histoire pour la section Food & Dining du Chicago Tribune , j'ai écrit sur mon parcours avec le fromage, interviewé un fromager primé de Chicago et ai donné quelques recommandations à mes collègues débutants en fromage.
